Concerning the methodological party of a question, it is obviously necessary to underline, that such mixture could arise only as a result of absence of accurately formulated criterion of allocation of forms of public consciousness.

This critical remark we at all would not like to belittle a merit of the named authors, aspiring the statement of a question to draw the attention to one of important and historical materialism challenges. Though by more concrete consideration of a question their approach, in our opinion, should be rejected, it was, of course, quite lawful as the first approach to a problem, and in this sense, certainly, has played the positive role in working out of a question on the economic form of public consciousness.

Such is that general characteristic of the economic form of public consciousness which in the further statement will be developed and concretised on a material of economic consciousness of a capitalist formation.

In summary it is necessary to notice, that concepts of economic relations and economic consciousness are entered at level of a historical materialism and as those do not fix all totality of the corresponding party of the social validity existing in unity general and specific. Validity display at such level of concreteness is carried out, in our opinion, by means of concept "culture". Therefore economic relations (and economic consciousness as their element) at level of real historical process are necessary for considering as economic culture.
